Settlement of Bibi Jan Khanum with Mirza Rahim and Mirza Ahmad, 1879
On July 2, 1879, Bibi Jan, the daughter of Aqa Muhammad Taqi, the wife of Aqa Faraj Allah, and the mother of Aqa ʻAbd Al-Husayn, Tavus Khanum, Sultan Khanum, and Jayran Khanum settled all her rights to a piece of land with Mirza Rahim and Mirza Ahmad, the children of Mirza Husayn, for six tumans. A note on the verso reads: "transferring Sayyid Aqa Mirza's land"

Aqa Muhammad Akbar's settlements, 1863
Aqa Muhammad Akbar, the son of Aqa ʻAli, settled part of a property, known as Jahangir Khan's building, with Zinat al-Nisaʼ Khanum for 100 dinars. Muhammad Baqir (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's son), Sakinah Khanum (Aqa Muhammad Akbar's wife, and Aqa Jaʻfar's daughter), and Mirza Ahmad (son of Aqa Muhammad Akbar) confirmed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Akbar also settled part of the same building with Aqa Muhammad Sadiq for 12 tumans, and Mirza Ahmad confirmed and signed this. Note: since two sixths of this building belonging to Aqa ʻAli, the son of Haj Sadiq, was part of his [Muhammad Akbar's] wife...

Settlement between Aqa Muhammad Karim and Mirza Muhammad Ismaʻil
Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, settled a garden with Mirza Muhammad Ismaʻil, the son of Mirza Khalil. Aqa Muhammad Karim's permanent wife, the daughter of Aqa Habib Allah, signed this settlement. Aqa Muhammad Karim also added two sixths of a shop in a bazaar, worth 30 tumans, to this settlement. Further transactions have been added on the verso.

Settlement and its revocation between Sakinah Khatun Muhsini and Shukr Allah Muhsini, 1934
Sakinah Khatun Muhsini (with identification number 7929), the wife of Mirza Hasan Muhsini (with identification number 7928), and the daughter of Mirza Mahmud, has settled two sixths of these houses in the Labrud neighborhood for 460 rials on June 14, 1934 with Aqa Shukr Allah Muhsini (with identification number 9394, issued in Khvansar), the son of Aqa Muhammad Riza. A note on the margin reads: "Sakinah Khatun and Aqa Shukr Allah have revoked the settlement; hence, the houses now belong to Sakinah Khatun again, but Aqa Shukr Allah receives the amount of money settled between them. 23 June...

Settlement between Mirza Mahmud and Aqa Mirza Masih,1888
Settlement of a piece of land between Aqa Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and his paternal uncle, Aqa Mirza Masih, the son of Mirza Husayn, for seven tumans. Aqa Mirza Rahim (the brother of Aqa Mirza Mahmud) confirms that Aqa Mirza Mahmud's mother and another brother of theirs also have shares in this settlement. Dated December 29, 1888.

Settlement between Mirza Mahmud and Aqa Muhammad Riza, 1895
Settlement between Mirza Mahmud, the son of Aqa Muhammad Sadiq, and Aqa Muhammad Riza, the son of Mirza Muhammad, regarding a garden of trees for fifty tumans. A note on the margin reads: "the wife of Aqa Muhammad Riza (daughter of Habib Allah) and the wife of Aqa Mirza Mahmud (daughter of Aqa Muhammad Husayn) confirmed this and signed it." Another note on the margin reads: "when Aqa Muhammad Riza was alive, he stated that this garden belongs to his wife as part of her mahr, dated November 7, 1895." A note on the verso reads: "the settlement of Aqa Mirza Mahmud's land"

Settlement between Zahra Khatun and and Mirza Ahmad,1813
Zahra Khatun, the wife of Mirza Rahim and daughter of Aqa Muhammad Hasan, settled one sixth of a mill and its equipment with Mirza Ahmad, the son of Aqa Muhammad Husayn, for 28 tumans. The document mentions conditions for the revocation of this settlement and is dated 19 November 1813. A note on the margin reads: "It was settled that for five years from the time of transfer, Mirza Ahmad can transfer his rights of this settlement to Aqa Muhammad Karim, the son of Mirza Rahim, and Mirza Mahmud, the son of Muhammad Sadiq. December 1910." A note on the verso reads: "settlement for a mill."

Maʻsumah Khatun, the wife of Mirza Hasan ʻAmu Saʻid, settles part of her garden to Ghulamhusayn, the son of Ismaʻil (the oil-seed miller), on 5 February 1901 for 7 tumans.

Settlement of Zahra Khatun, on behalf of her mother, with ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan, 1917
Zahra Khatun, the daughter of ʻAziz Allah Suhani (on behalf of her mother, Khadijah Khanum, the daughter of ʻAbd Allah Suhani Fridani) on 21 August 1917 settles part of a property in Birinjistan village with ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan, son of Sardar Zafar, for 180 tumans. On the margin of the document a note indicates that the property belongs to ʻAbd al-Hamid Khan's mother and whoever takes possession of it is a usurper.
